The free trial
Every account starts with a free trial — 7 days, unless we agreed a different period with you. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is asked for. If you do not choose a plan, the trial simply ends; there is nothing to cancel.
How you pay
A plan is paid in advance, for a month or, where you choose a yearly plan, for a year — through Razorpay, or by a bank transfer or UPI payment we have agreed with you. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by writing to support@orderbabu.com, naming your business. Cancelling stops every future charge. The period you have already paid for runs to its end, and your account keeps working until then. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.
After the paid period ends, your orders remain exportable from the dashboard, and a full copy of your account can be requested from the grievance officer, until the account is erased.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for the unused part of a month or a year, except in two cases:
- You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had cancelled.
- The service failed through our fault and could not be used for the period you paid for.
In either case write to support@orderbabu.com with the payment reference. An approved refund is returned to the account or card it was paid from within 5–7 working days.
Delivery
OrderBabu is an online service. Nothing is shipped: access to the dashboard begins when the account is created, and a paid plan applies as soon as the payment is confirmed.
